  I was constantly in pain and pretty much unable to bend over and touch my knees. After almost a year I am able to touch my toes! This place has saved my life and has aloud me to have a life. And they want to educate you and inspire you to live your life to its fullest! The team there are wonderful people who care for others. They treat you like family.
